There is a growing market of products with a reference to fruit and/fruit juice: not only beverage but also confectionary products, such as desserts, snacks and small cakes.
As a flavor Company, we consider fundamental a direct management (in terms of availability, knowledge, research and control) of our types of juices; we are well aware that the results expected by our clients in the finished products (beverage, ice-cream, dessert and so on) are achievable only by the optimization and the right balance between fruit juice and its relative flavor, two complementary ingredients in our opinion.
